Comfort of the bed.

Grill shut down 40 minutes before closing. NO milk for breakfast.

I enjoy staying there because its clean,quite and close to my work. I can't believe they didn't have any milk for breakfast. I was there 15 minutes after they opened.

While checking in, we were informed that since hotel was full service they needed our credit card to hold $50. (Room service long distance, etc.) However, we checked in after 9pm and their restaurant was already closed. We were not pleased that this was not indicated anywhere when we booked the room. Our room door was by the exit.

The AC didn't work.

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere. There wasn't even a gas station for miles each way. The AC was broken and the TV only had 7 channels. The pool was nice though and the staff was friendly.

Location was good for me. Easy access to freeway.

Bar in hotel was kind of seedy.

Hotel was a good stop for me due to location near freeway and base ball parks. It was adequate in all areas.

There was ample parking.

The walls were paper thin.

It was ok overall. Its downfalls were the walls were so thin that, I could hear my neighbor talking, the mattress had a dip in the middle that you rolled into and the shower was changed temperature. Severely and the head was so low I had to do a back bend to wash my hair. Elevator was closed and had to walk from floor to floor because out floor had no handles (club level)
